Welcome to ConchCraft LLC. This policy explains how we handle production, local delivery, school delivery, and shipping for orders placed on our website. By ordering with us, you agree to the terms below.

How We Produce and Fulfill Your Order

Most ConchCraft apparel is made to order. Sigsbee apparel is produced in weekly batches. Orders placed by Sunday at 8:00 p.m. ET are scheduled for Sigsbee school delivery and ready for local delivery or shipment the following Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff roll into the next week's batch. Carrier transit time is additional for shipped orders. School closures, supplier delays, or unavailable sizes may affect timing; we will notify affected customers. Other custom orders follow the timing stated on the product page or quote.

For products we can’t finish locally, we work with trusted print-on-demand partners who produce and ship items directly to your delivery address.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary by product type, availability, and destination. Because items must be made first, production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Order Notifications

Customers selecting Sigsbee school delivery will receive an order notification when the order is fulfilled. Customers selecting shipping will receive tracking information when available. Customers selecting local delivery for an eligible Key West address will receive a notification when the order is ready for delivery and another after delivery is completed.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available to accessible street addresses within the eligible 6-mile area. A $20 minimum order and $4.99 delivery fee apply. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, military housing, or addresses requiring base access. Include the unit number and any gate or access instructions. Incomplete or inaccessible delivery information may delay delivery.

Delivery Policies

We don’t control shipping carriers or delivery timelines used by our print-on-demand partners. Their policies may vary depending on the product and location.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping or delivery address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination. You’ll see all costs before finalizing your order.

Where We Ship

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because items begin production quickly, we can’t make changes or cancel orders once they’re placed.
