Return Eligibility: Our primary goal is to address any issues with your order. We accept returns only in the following circumstances:
- Received Damaged: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our Customer Support team within seven days of receiving your order. Please attach an image of any damage so we can promptly provide this information to our print providers. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or initiate a refund promptly.
- Customized Items: As each of our products is custom-ordered according to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damage or defect. Due to different monitor settings, the colors shown on the screen may not match the actual ink, garment, or merchandise. The dimensions of images displayed on our website may differ slightly from the item shipped. Our commitment is to ensure that each item you receive matches your selections and meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

Wrong Sizing: Currently, we are unable to process returns for products that do not fit, except for instances where you received an incorrect size. On each product description page, you can find the sizing chart.
